For Domestic Orders
At Silver Poetry, we strive to ensure that our customers are receiving products that are of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you have received a product in less than pristine condition, please write to us at swati@silverpoetry.co.in .
A product is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
A wrong product has been sent by our team.
There is a manufacturing defect on the product with respect to design or wearability.
The product is damaged in transit.
In cases where the product is damaged in transit, we can offer free doorstep pickup and a replacement product or store credit for the equivalent amount.
However, if the wrong product has been sent by our team or if it has a manufacturing defect with respect to design or wearability of the product, then we can also offer a full refund or a replacement product, in addition to free doorstep pickup.
Please note that Golden and Rose-gold polish have a tendency to fade away with time and usage. Stones can come out or product can get break in case of mishandling or overuse.
In case the product looses it's stones or polish or gets broken, it will not be returned or exchanged and if customer wants to get it repaired/re-polished they shall bear the reverse pickup and forward shipping charges along with repairing charges as per actuals.
In case of any other reason the product can only be exchanged/return within the 7 working days of the delivery of the product. Also, customer will bear the cost of reverse doorstep pickup (Rs.150) or she shall deliver/courier the product from her end and share tracking details with us. If customer is sending product on her own, Silver Poetry won't be responsible for loss of product on the way (if any).
Further, exchange value will exclude any forward shipping charges that may have been paid by the customer at the time of ordering. In case of return, the product amount excluding shipping charges will be added to customer's Silver Poetry wallet with no expiry date. There will be no refund in Cash, Bank a/c or in any other wallet.
In any case NOSEPINS ARE NON-EXCHANGEABLE due to personal hygiene.
Products made on order or customised items can not be exchanged.
For Customised/Made to Orders
Made-to-order and customised pieces will not be eligible for returns and cancellation.
If customised and made-to-order is cancelled, the refund goes in the Silver Poetry store credit only.
For International Orders
In any case there is no refund in international order.
In case customer wants to exchange product, it can only be exchanged within the 7 working days of the delivery of the product.
In that case customer is herself/himself responsible for sending the product back to our place. Also customer will bear the shipping charges for both forward and backward shipping. Shipping paid earlier will not be included in product value.
For any of the above issues, please write to us at swati@silverpoetry.co.in within 7 days of receiving the order and also attach a picture of the damaged/defective/incorrect product. We will strive to resolve the issue in the best way possible.
