For Domestic Orders
We offer FREE shipping on every order above ₹1000(after all discounts and offers) .
All the parcels valuing under ₹5000 are fully insured. Orders valuing more than ₹5000 will be packed in multiple parcels in order to provide full insurance.
Orders containing the single product valuing more than ₹5000 will be insured by the 3rd party, hence needed to be a prepaid order only. Charges for insurance will be paid by Silver Poetry.
(For example : If we receive an order containing 1 necklace valuing ₹20,000, 1 pair of earrings valuing ₹4000, 1 pair of anklets valuing ₹3000 and 1 ring valuing ₹2000. Then in this case, we may split the order into 3 parcels. One parcel containing Anklets and Ring valuing ₹5000 together. Second parcel containing Earrings valuing ₹4000. Payment for these 2 can be prepaid or COD, as per the customer's choice. The third parcel will contain the necklace valuing ₹20,000 which has to be Prepaid.
We urge all the customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper while receiving or before signing the delivery receipt.
If you find the tampered parcel, please do not accept it and inform our team about the same.
Packaging
Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Your item is delivered to you in an exclusive Silver Poetry box or pouch.
Gift Packaging available in case your purchase is intended as a gift, we offer gift packing in ₹30, along with a gift message of your choice.

Delivery Time
Delivery Time for orders from Delhi NCR is generally 2-5 working days while for other urban areas it is 4-7 working days. Delivery time for rural area may exceed 7 days in case of low connectivity zone.
Deliveries in odd circumstances like Lockdown, government restrictions etc., may take more than expected time.
For Customised/Made to Orders:
Customised/ Personalised orders usually take up to 7-10 days to manufacture. (Delivery time not included)
For International Orders
International shipping charges are ₹500 to ₹700, depending upon place. Shipping charges for Syria is ₹1300. For any unlisted state client will be charged ₹1000 initially. In case of higher shipping charges for that particular state, we may ask for difference amount while in case of lower shipping charges we will refund the difference.
All international orders must be prepaid. In case of COD International order, it will be cancelled.

Prohibited items in International shipping
Shipping rudraksh and rudraksh jewellery Internationally is prohibited. In case of any rudraksh item International order, customer will be asked to choose any other item from the website.
As per different country's rules and regulations some other item may also be found prohibited while shipping, in such case Silver Poetry will ask customers to select some other product or else their amount will be refunded.
