You can return or exchange any product if you are not satisfied with the fit or size, or in case of product defect (design or wearability) within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We offer a store credit (credit note) valid for a year from the date of issue.

ELIGIBILITY

Products must be unused, and undamaged, and should have all the original tags and packaging.
Once your return is processed, the full value store credit (product price, including taxes) will be shared with you. Any additional shipping charges, if paid, are not covered.

Our warehouse team typically takes around 48-72 hours to inspect all items due for returns or exchanges. Once approved, it’ll take up to 24 hours for us to issue the store credit with 1-year validity.

For an exchange, we’ll ship out your new size/product once the pickup is completed.
